Brand Ambassador Ms. Katrina Kaif to inaugurate on July 21, 2018 at 4:00 pm

One of India’s trusted and leading jewellery brand Kalyan Jewellers announced that it is expanding its operations in Maharashtra with a new showroom in Nagpur. Brand Ambassador Ms Katrina Kaif along with the company’s Chairman and Managing Director T.S. Kalyanaraman and Executive Directors Rajesh Kalyanaraman and Ramesh Kalyanaraman, will inaugurate the Nagpur showroom on 21st July, 2018 at Abhayankar Nagar.
Kalyan Jewellers will also inaugurate a showroom in Raipur and Indore on the same day, thus foraying into Chhattisgarh and strengthening their presence in Madhya Pradesh. On July 22nd, Kalyan Jewellers will also be opening four new showrooms in Delhi NCR and Kanpur.

Blenders Pride Magical Nights arrived in the winter capital of Maharashtra, showcasing Style like never before, as renowned designers Nainika from Gauri & Nainika and Vidhi Wadhwani presented an eclectic mélange of stylish designs, with eccentric beats by Arunaja in Nagpur. The evening was a celebration of the self and the individual through the extraordinary new concept-‘Pride’, where showstopper Radhika Apte charmed everyone in a Gauri & Nainika ensemble.Far removed from the traditional confines of mere success, the evening defined ‘Pride’ as an inner sense of achievement, of uniqueness and of individuality, all the things that are, in fact, meaningful for this generation. Dr. Sunil Dixit, is a practicing anaesthesiologist at Chandrapur since last 26 yrs. Belonging to 1984 batch, he completed his graduation and post-graduation from Indira Gandhi Government Medical College, Nagpur. During his long career in Chandrapur, he noticed that imported AutoDetect epidural Syringes are very helpful to anaesthetists in correctly delivering anaesthesia in epidural space and is safe for patients also. However, these advanced imported AutoDetect epidural Syringes are too costly and needy poor patients were unable to purchase the same in view of it exorbitant cost.The cost made him think and Dr. Sunil Dixit went on to design and modify existing LOR syringes into AutoDetect epidural syringe by simply using rubber bands. He successfully used this technique in many of his patients and looking into the appreciation of his colleagues in Chandrapur, he showcased this simple innovative technique in recently held Maharashtra Anaesthesiology Conference held at Shirdi which was immensely applauded. He intends to file a patent for this design.He gives credit of his success to his mother Smt. Manjula Dixit and his Mentors namely Dr. Vasudev Gadegone who is a renowned practicing Orthopedician of Chandrapur and Dr. Bhau Rajurkar, noted senior anaesthesiologist of Nagpur. His shares his glory with wife Pallavi and children Anubhuti and Anubhav.

Nagpur,6th Oct 2018-We, the members of Rani Laxmibai Durga Utsav Mandal are successfully organizing the Navratri festival since last Twelve years with massive participation of citizens. Entire city takes part in the event enthusiastically. People from West Nagpur area definitely record their grand presence in the event. Every year, we organise a slew of socio-cultural and religious programmes depicting issues like India’s freedom struggle, illiteracy, autism, environment and child labour among others.

We also dedicate the event to noted freedom fighters, every year. We set up their pictorial gallery depicting their immense contribution to country’s freedom struggle. We wish to give a fitting tribute to revolutionary freedom fighters, whose efforts played a significant role in India achieving independence from the oppressive British regime.
